Tom Hunt is a native of Clonea, Carrick-on-Suir, County Waterford and is a social and sports historian. He has had a lifelong involvement in the GAA as both a player and administrator. He is the current PRO of the Mullingar Shamrocks GAA Club and is the Westmeath representative on the Árd Chomhairle of the GAA.
