Sean Brannigan - BOOK LAUNCH

Seán Brannigan lives in Dundalk, Co.Louth. His poetry has been featured in the Irish Press (New Irish Writing), Sunday Tribune (New Irish Writing), Sunday Independent, Irish Independent, Argus Newspapers, Dundalk Democrat, and on RTE radio and local radio stations. In 1993 he was writer-in-residence for Louth County Council under the aegis of the arts scheme administered by Mary Cloake. Seán continues to write, give readings, and travel extensively.

Oriel Observations Volume 2 is a collection of 52 poems with wide ranging topics, local, national, international, conflicts, love, humour, depression, northern Ireland, covid, etc from the pen of Sean Branaigan.  This is a sequel to the 2022 popular publication, Oriel Observations.

The launch of Oriel Observations 2, by Seán himself, will take place on Thursday November 23 with an introduction by Austin Dawe, renowned Irish musician and former holder of the esteemed Fiddler of Oriel accolade.

The poet will do some readings, and  light refreshments will be available.
