CONCERT Finegan Viscardi Duo (saxophone & harp)
The Finegan Viscardi saxophone and harp duo comprises of prize-winning Irish musicians, and graduates of the Royal College of Music London and TU Dublin Conservatoire, Robert Finegan and Tara Viscardi. Their original programmes have been presented at the 2020 and 2021 Bloomsbury Festivals London, Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith, the Embassy of Ireland London, Goodenough College and the Royal College of Music Chamber Music Series.
The EP features folk music from the UK and Ireland in different contexts, arranged for saxophone and harp, and includes music by Turlough O’Carolan, Benjamin Britten, James Oswald, John Buckley, Robert Owen, and Tara Viscardi.
In addition to being released on all the usual streaming platforms, the EP will be distributed via QR codes attached to prints of artwork by Irish artists Claudio Viscardi and Ken Finegan which will be available on the evening.
